Privacy policy for the Collective Knowledge browser extension

This browser extension is a free resource developed by the cTuning foundation (non-profit R&D organization) and cKnowledge SAS as a part of their Collective Knowledge initiative. This privacy policy will explain how we use the personal data we collect from you when you use our browser extension.

What data do we collect?

Your tab's URL will be sent to the open cknow.io portal to find related knowledge including reproduced papers, automated workflows and reusable components for emerging digital technologies (ML, AI, quantum computing and IoT) among 750,000+ research links provided by the community. This is done in an anonymous way and we do not connect it with logged in users!

How do we collect your data?

We only collect your tab's URL in an anonymous manner when you enable this extension in your browser.

How will we use your data?

We use it to query the public cknow.io repository. We can also use it to attribute new links to you when you add them (optional - you can add new links anonymously)! We do not share your data with any third parties!

How do we store your data?

All data is securely stored in the Azure cloud in the USA.

Marketing
